This Event has concluded.
As part of the 5-year update to the Consolidated Plan, the State of Vermont's Department of Housing and Community Development will be hosting a virtual public hearing on April 13, 2020 from 3-4PM to get input from Vermont residents on its DRAFT HUD 5-year Strategic Plan for 2020-2024. The Department is awaiting guidance from the federal government on how community needs related to the COVID-19 response and possibility of available funds are to affect this Plan.
The purpose of the hearing is to hear from Vermont residents' views about the State's proposal for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME, Emergency Solution Grants (ESG), Housing Trust Funds (HTF) funding for housing, homelessness, public facility and service, and non-housing community development needs.
