Summary: These amendments increase fees for the use of some Vermont Fish and Wildlife Department lands and facilities including the fees charged fro Special Use Permits, land use licenses, and the tuition for the conservation camps.
Persons Affected: Organizations that sponsor youths to conservation camps; persons and groups who use department facilities for meetings, trainings, and other events; and the Fish and Wildlife Department.
Economic Impact: The amendment will provide the Department with $50,000 in revenue to the camps program. Persons and entities who will undertake some activities on Department lands may see a small rise in charges over time. The amendments also provide fro Partnering organizations, such as schools and municipalities, a substantial discount.
