Secretary of State Jim Condos Releases Election Related Resources

Secretary of State Condos announced today that the following two important election resources are now available on the elections website.

• Statewide Candidate’s Information Guide

• Listing of Vermont Town’s Polling Places

Condos stated, “Providing these documents on our website is just one more way that our office provides support to both the local municipalities and to the general public.”

“With the General Election less than two weeks away, I would like to remind all eligible citizens of Vermont to register to vote, if you have not already done so. The voter registration deadline of Wednesday, October 31st is fast approaching. I also want to encourage all of our young adults who will be 18 by or on November 6th, that they too can register, and should--so their voices are heard and counted on this very important day!” furthered Condos.

If you do not know where to go to register, please feel free to go to your local town clerk’s office. They are required to stay open until 5:00 pm on October 31st. Also, if you are in or near Montpelier, you can always stop by our office at 128 State Street (across from the Statehouse) and we would be happy to register you.
