| Summary:
| The proposed rule amendments would update Green Mountain Conservation Camp (GMCC) tuition rates from $250 to $300 per week, and modify the Day Use and wedding facility rental fees at Buck Lake and Kehoe Education Centers. Day use rentals of Buck Lake and Kehoe would increase to $300 per day for partnering organizations, and $600 per day for private entities. |

| Economic Impact:
| The GMCC tuition fees will increase from $250 to $300 per camper per week, representing a 20 increase in tuition. This will impact the families of campers, but it should be noted that $300 per week is still significantly lower than other residential summer camps in Vermont. Additionally, roughly 25 of GMCC campers are sponsored, meaning community organization or individual donations paid for 50-100 of their tuition fee. Rental fees for Department facilities will be subject to increases from $100 to $175, depending on the facility. Rentals for weddings will increase from $3,000 to $5,000, or $4,000 if a certified wedding planner is used for the event. |
