| Summary: | This rule sets forth the criteria for coverage of physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech language pathology services under Vermont's Medicaid program. It amends Medicaid covered services rule 7317 titled "Rehabilitative Therapy Services". This rule is being amended and adopted as Health Care Administrative Rule 4.219 titled "Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Language Pathology Services". Amendments include, updating service limits from 30 to 60 visits per calendar year for adults, and removing service limits for Medicaid members under the age of 21. Additional changes include, clarifying terms that were not previously defined, clarifying conditions for coverage, and specifying services that are not covered. |
