| Summary: | This rule sets forth the criteria for coverage of home health services under Vermont's Medicaid program. It amends Health Care Administrative Rule 4.231 titled "Home Health Services". Amendments include, removing the requirement for prior authorization and allowing coverage when medically necessary. |
| Persons Affected: | Medicaid beneficiaries; Agency of Human Services including its Departments; health care providers; and health law, policy and related advocacy and community based organizations and groups including the Office of Health Care Advocate. |
