| Summary:
| The Wastewater Treatment Facility Operator Certification Rule provides minimum standards of experience and knowledge required of qualified personnel employed to operate and maintain permitted facilities authorized to discharge to waters of the state. The existing Rule was adopted in 1985. The proposed rule amendments serve to update and clarify the Rule. |
