| Summary: | 1. The Megaplier multiplier for the Match 5 Prize (5+0) will be fixed at a minimum of 4X - forcing the prize to be a minimum $1 million for all Match 5 winners who have also purchased the Megaplier option for the winning play. 2. The Prize Pool contribution for all categories for the Mega Millions game shall increase from up to 51 to up to 55. 3. The Prize Pool contribution for all categories for the Megaplier option shall increase from up to 50 to up to 55. |

| Economic Impact: | The economic impact is that the Vermont Lottery Commission would contribute more money each year to the Vermont Education Fund. an increase in prize pool contributions results directly in increased overall jackpots and therefore increased sales for Mega Millions. |
