| Summary: | The rule sets forth the criteria for Medicaid coverage for home health services under Vermont's Medicaid program. It amends current Medicaid Health Care Administrative Rule 4.231. The rule is being amended to allow non-physician providers working within their scope of practice to order home health services and conduct the face-to-face visit. |

The changes and amendments conform the rule with current practice and changes to federal and state laws that have already been implemented. |
