| Economic Impact: | There is a one-time investment of $200,000 for trainings regarding HCBS. A portion of the investment will be used to train on Person-Centered Planning best practices and standards. This rule does not increase or reduce the economic burden on any individual or entity, nor does it impact the State's gross annualized budget. The investment in training ensures compliance with the new rule and federal laws. |
