"Your Properties": ADD a new property, a co-owner or select a property manager. EDIT co-owner information, and certain property information, or de-select a property manager. REMOVE a co-owner or a property from your account. Only property Owners can ADD or REMOVE properties from their account, or EDIT certain property information. Property Managers can file Compliance Statements or View previously filed Compliance Statements for properties they manage.

A Property Manager must already exist in the system and must agree to manage a property before an Owner may select them as a Property Manager.

When properties are ADDED the address is automatically verified against a national database. If a property fails automatic verification an exception will be created and the property address must be manually verified by Vermont Department of Health staff BEFORE a Compliance Statement can be created and filed. Once a property address is verified and ADDED to an owners account only certain property information can be edited by
